Our engagement was a unique exchange of proposals that captured the essence of our quirky and adventurous love story. I proposed to Shifra with a playful and unexpected scavenger hunt in Amsterdam, culminating in a whimsical moment where we donned inflatable tube-man costumes by a canal — a nod to our first Halloween together. In a delightful twist, Shifra proposed back with her own creative flair, presenting me with a custom-designed card game and a special bolo tie. Our unconventional and heartfelt proposals not only celebrated our journey but also caught the attention of The Washington Post and were featured in a Zola commercial, showcasing the joyful and imaginative spirit of our relationship.
